At the age of 5 years old I met this incredible family living in the same building we lived in. They became part of our family then and they are part of our family now 61 years later. Leo and Felix were older but were great mentors and friends, I went to school with Joe and graduated with him and his 3 boys when to school with my three nephews. I had the pleasure of babysitting Frank and Santo when they were younger. Many weddings, anniversary, baptisms and birthdays and the gang was always together. Your mother was in a way my mother as well growing up and it is with a very sad heart that we need to say farewell. She is joining an incredible bunch of wonderful friends and family up in heaven and I know they are all together now, looking down at us. Until we meet again Mrs. Sorgiovanni and thank you for everything. With Love and Sympathy.

Words cannot express how deeply sorry we are to hear about Carmela passing. Wishing the family peace, comfort, courage, and lots of love at this time of sorrow. Just know that a good heart may have stopped beating, but a good soul ascended to heaven to join all her loved ones waiting for her. My heart goes out to the whole family at this difficult time. Wishing you all our heartfelt condolences 🙏

I was very saddened to read about your Mom's passing. I remember what she was a very sweet lady. I first met her at St. Michael's when your father and mine (Agostino) were there. My mom and Carmela, too, had become friends. Then we met again at McGougal (Norwood) and I saw her daily during my husband's stay. She was always pleasant and eager to talk.
May she rest in peace and may you have wonderful memories of her life to cherish and share.
