Dear Bonnie, Matthew, Carol, Don and families,
Though we never met Jim, it was a privilege to be invited to the service and learn of him. A short life lived with a lasting testimony. When the days bring to mind the human feeling of loss, may you find it easy to feel also the light and warmth of his spirit and the arms of his/our Saviour in comfort of Jim's true freedom -- spiritual victory. love and hugs to you all.

I first met Jim when he came to Grande Prairie to marry Bonnie. I saw a man of faith, love courage and an inner strength that held fast when times were rough. Jim, you will be missed, but with the faith of seeing you again.

To Bonnie and Matthew, and all the rest of Jim's family, my deepest condolences upon your loss. Though I did not have the privilige of knowing Jim well I do know that he was much loved in a wonderful family that has been close to my own over many decades. I hope that the example of Jim's life and his personal qualities that others here have so well described, and the memories of the times that you all spent together, will be a source of strength and comfort to each of you who were close to him in the years to come.
