What a beautiful service and a fitting tribute to a life well lived. I loved Mary dearly. She was a shining example of incredible strength. I cherish wonderful memories of our shared family connections in Edmonton and Cromer. My deepest condolences and prayers are with you all at this very sad time.

For many years our family went to Cromer to visit Ella's sister, Margaret and Howard Hayhurst and we knew Mary from Cromer and then when they moved to Edmonton in the Gold Bar district. When she was in the Care Home I delivered her the Church bulletin every week. Kept in touch with Brenda. She was a wonderful lady. Sorry we missed the service.

What a beautiful memorial to Mary! I played bridge with her for many years and often enjoyed her hospitality...and her baking! When she discovered that I could knit, she introduced me to Blankets for Canada and I have been knitting ever since. I think of her as I finish each square. She was so proud of her daughters and loved to share photo albums and stories with us. You did her proud today!

Beautiful service for a wonderful woman, wife, mother and friend. I have many special memories of Mary and the special way she made people feel. She was a hard worker and a bright light to all who knew her. Thank you for sharing this service with us.

That was an awesome service. You did a beautiful job of the eulogy. The whole thing was a fantastic tribute to your Mother and she is looking down on you with extreme pride right now surrounded by Uncle Merv, Leone, Cheryl and Linda. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all today.
