Dear Marilyn and family, you are in our thoughts and hearts daily. We pray for you and Steve's repose every morning at mass. I looked forward to seeing Steve every summer at our workshops both in Alberta and BC (in the old days). Steve's enthusiasm and warmth were infectious. I will miss his hugs, humor, and persistent optimism. Eternal rest grant to Steve, Lord, and let Your perpetual light shine on him.

Dear Marilyn and family, we want to extend our sincere condolences on the loss of Stephen. He was a great friend when we were living in Edmonton. We will continue to pray for him and your family. May God bless you!
Uncle Stephen other than you being so tall in my younger days, have to confess you did scared me ... Not for long, the minute you spoke the kindness most loving words came out and up to the last time we spoke (two weeks before you went into the hospital) your words were still Loving, Caring,Concerning, and Spiritual. I will always be Greatful for your many phone calls of support, understanding, Kindness and Loving spiritual advice of Faith. Your genuine concern always made me feel like your other Daughter.
Your words will never be forgotten or the love you had for Me. You never failed to ask about my family especially Mum and Dawn. The love you had for Daddy was unexplainable, your brother's were at the gate waiting for you and the scotch!
I will miss your calls Uncle, but knowing you they will now come spiritually! May you Rest In Eternal peace.
May God surrounded you Auntie Marilyn, Ryan Randall, Leeanne and your families and give you strength during these difficult days. 📿🙏
❤️🥰 Love Always

Jim & Camlle Earl - It is with a sad and grievous heart that we have to say goodbye our dear friend, Steve. We will surely miss seeing his happy, smiling face around. May peace, comfort and consolation be with you, Marilyn, and your dear family during this time of sorrow. May he rest in the loving arms of the Lord for all eternity, as He proclaims "We done good and faithful servant".
As you grew to better know Steve, you quickly realized that he was a man of faith whose calling was to draw others into relationship with God. He did so with such joy and vigour that you were drawn effortlessly into seeking that which brought him such peace.
Dear Marilyn , Leanne and all the family members:
I have followed with my prayer the last days of Steve - from Sanctum ,in the last weekend ,and from Calgary this week.
Now, I pray especially for you all because Steve is in peace praying for each one of his family “from the other side of Reality”
Rosemarie
Our deepest condolences to you Marilyn and the entire family. Steve was an incredible man with a heart of gold. I often look out the front window thinking I might see him working in the garage or walking to his car. We were always greeted outside with the biggest smile on his face and a big hello. We will truly miss our neighbour and friend, Steve. May he rest in peace.
Our recent memory of Stephen was at our family reunion a few years ago. We remember what an amazing presence he had. How intentional he was in the things that he said. He definitely seemed to have a personality that was larger than life and a depth of faith that is rare. And the same goes for Marilyn. Our hearts go out to each of you during this time of loss and sadness. May the Lord give you comfort and strength.
May God our Creator comfort you and hold you in His arms as you go through this sorrowful time. Please accept out deepest condolences, and may the Lord grant Stephen life everlasting.
Our deepest condolences. Our prayers and love are with you Marilyn and all the family. Although hd is not here in body he is with you in spirit. Always close at hand. Keep strong.
Love always.
