Scott…. So sorry it’s taken me this long to extend my condolence's to you and your family. I was so moved listening Dallas and her husband tell stories of your family. During the video presentation for me…it was an opportunity to look into your life and family that I missed out on and never got to know. I so enjoyed seeing and recognizing the comparison between my own family and yours.
All the wonderful family times filled with laughter and jokes. Even though we lived miles apart it was comforting to see a glimpse into the time that we missed out on …..not making an effort to get to really know Calli, you and the family. As a first cousin I could have done so much better. My wish for you and your family is keep doing life with all the love, laughter and caring. Laughter heals!!
Calli will be missed. I will always remember her Christmas letters sent to Mom. She was so extremely creative …….to bring (something) into existence.

I met Calli through her husband, soul mate and my mentor, Scott (The Elder). Every time I had the pleasure of being in her presence she was kind, considerate, warm hearted and she made you feel that you were the only important person at that moment. The love and respect that Calli and Scott had for each other was always on display. My deepest condolences to Scott, Dallyce, Dave and your extended families. As an aside, after speaking with Scott (now formerly) The Elder recently, we have decided that son-in-law, Scott now has a new title. Best wishes to you all.

I have many very fond memories of Auntie Calli. From her substituting for my Kindergarten class in Sherwood Park, to sitting in the conversation pit laughing until my sides ached, to her dressed as a witch on Halloween for their haunted house in the foyer. She was a brilliant, radiant, and hilarious person. Though the Watts only lived in Ardrossan for a few years, I'm fortunate to have spent so many weekends with Uncle Scott, Auntie Calli, and Bear in Sherwood Park. I will never forget the joy she's brought our family, and all of the great stories she told me and Cat when we were kids. I'm so glad so many others feel the same way about her, and how she's left a profound mark on every one who's met her. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

On behalf of the entire Toronto Morton clan, some still with us , some greeting Calli as I write this;our heartfelt love to all of the Brisbins and Wards.

We haven't seen each other in many years now but I hope you all know how much we loved Calli and the extended Ward clan. Our families shared a long history connected through our respective parents. Tom and I still remember with great fondness the summer of 1980 where Calli and Scott took us under their wings and showed us the high life of Edmonton in the summertime with all of her typical kindness and zest for life

The world is a sadder place for all of us-our condolences .

I have so many fond memories of Calli - too many to count. I spent every summer at our cabin on Lake Memphremagog. There were many trips back and forth between our cottages, many laughs and fun times on our docks and in our boats. She was such a kind, sweet person with always a smile that lit up the room. She will be terribly missed and my love and hugs go out to the rest of the Brisban clan and all her other family and friends. I'm grateful to have known her.

Sometimes if you happen to be in the right place at the right time and all the stars align .. magic happens. Meeting my Friends Mom Calli was one of those unexpected moments. Calli was outstanding of character and had the ability to make you feel at home and welcome with a contagious laugh and creative wit. Thankfully her playful spirit and curiosity carry on with her Children and all of us that were blessed to have met her.

We didn’t meet Scott or Calli until a few years ago when we became neighbours. They always stopped to chat when walking their dogs. At first we could see Calli trimming bushes, raking leaves or shoveling snow. We missed her when she could no longer do this but she remained cheerful and friendly. We loved them as neighbours. Our condolences to the Brisbin family on your loss.

I had the privilege of meeting Scott for the first time at CAO during his inaugural term as President in 1986, and I was a new employee at CAO, eager to make a difference. When Scott visited the National Office for the first time, I was deeply inspired by his humility as he warmly greeted each staff member.
I first met Calli at our inaugural CAO Biennial Congress in ......., where she complimented my efforts as a new CAO employee. As I progressed through my 13-year career at CAO, I was introduced to multiple CAO Presidents and their spouses. During this time, I developed a strong friendship with Scott and Calli, which evolved into a lasting friendship.
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when Scott, Calli, and Dallyce visited our home in Arnprior several times while en route to their summer cottage. There are a few women in my life who command my deepest admiration, respect, and affection. I am convinced that they are angels sent by God. Calli is, without a doubt, an angel. Every person she has touched has been enriched by her love of life, kind soul, and beauty. I will always cherish my memories of Calli. I feel deeply grateful to have had her in my life... ❣️

I have fond memories of Calli. My row boat trips to the Brisbins' lake Memphremagog properties to do work (clean up of leaves mostly) and when they Calli, Scott and the family were present has always been an enjoyable time. It's been something I've looked forward to each year since 2008 when I first started there. Both Calli and Scott have always had wonderful stories to share while I was there. When Calli had time to help me with the leaves, she liked to tell me about the history of their properties, latest family news and/or what has been happening around the lake. And, I didn't know about her art until recently. We enjoyed seeing it! Thank you Calli!

Met Calli after she married Scott and have many special memories of their family and ours. When Marilyn, who had worked with Scott for many years, Calli arranged to have her flown to Seattle, put her up in a hotel, sent her by limousine to see Neil Diamond, all as a farewell gift to her when we moved to Calgary. Calli was an inspiration to us all and is sorely missed but is in a far better place. To all of us left behind it is a reminder this is a journey we will all take one day and then we can all get together again and have one great big happy reunion.

I met Calli in the 80’s. I was teaching at Sal Comp and Calli was a sub. I remember meeting her and wondering who this happy smiling person was. I also remember thinking teachers generally aren’t that happy !!!!!
Calli subbed for me a few times and I soon learn that while my class may not get much actual work done in my absence they would be safe and entertained.
Calli joined my watercolour painting class approximately 25 years ago. She painted for quite a few years only missing workshops because she was at the cottage or she was off with Scott supporting him in his optometric volunteering throughout the world.
Calli was always a great supporters of others in the class and generally pleased with her progress regarding her own painting.
Calli was always a positive thinker and fun to be around.

Though I only had the honor of meeting Calli a few times in Montreal with , Dallyce and I at her country house. She left an unforgettable impression on me. She radiated love, kindness, and in everything she did, embodying the very essence of what a mother should be.

Her warmth and grace were inspiring, and I often thought of her as a role model for the kind of love and care a mother can bring into the lives of those around her. She was truly extraordinary, and the world feels a little dimmer without her light.

My heart goes out to your family during this difficult time. Please know that her impact will always be remembered, and her legacy of love will live on
