I had the privilege of meeting Scott for the first time at CAO during his inaugural term as President in 1986, and I was a new employee at CAO, eager to make a difference. When Scott visited the National Office for the first time, I was deeply inspired by his humility as he warmly greeted each staff member.
I first met Calli at our inaugural CAO Biennial Congress in ......., where she complimented my efforts as a new CAO employee. As I progressed through my 13-year career at CAO, I was introduced to multiple CAO Presidents and their spouses. During this time, I developed a strong friendship with Scott and Calli, which evolved into a lasting friendship.
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when Scott, Calli, and Dallyce visited our home in Arnprior several times while en route to their summer cottage. There are a few women in my life who command my deepest admiration, respect, and affection. I am convinced that they are angels sent by God. Calli is, without a doubt, an angel. Every person she has touched has been enriched by her love of life, kind soul, and beauty. I will always cherish my memories of Calli. I feel deeply grateful to have had her in my life... ❣️
