Our condolences to you Uncle Brian, Nancy, Marilyn, Mark, and Jenny during the loss of such a charismatic young man. Our love and thoughts extend as well to family, friends, and anyone he touched. We will forever remember Jeremy for his big smile, the love he had for his family, his determination to keep trying, and his kindness. Even when it meant not seeing Jeremy for awhile we could always count on him for sending a birthday wish our way over social media.
