This is extremely difficult news to bear, and over a year late... I was a student in Mr. Gosine's classes of 2013-2014 and 2014-2015. I had been hoping that some day I might be able to see him again, and thank him for everything; regrettably, I never found the opportunity... It would be no understatement to say that Mr. Gosine was the greatest positive influence in my life, and that he is the one who put me on the path of keeping up with life as a whole. He was nothing short of miraculous as a teacher, and as a role model. He had a motto that he would stick to, that if a student can't learn the way we teach, then we must teach in a way the student can learn, and with all of his fairness and great wisdom he made it work like a charm. It's people like him that give me hope, and we were all unbelievably lucky to have had someone as great as him in our lives, even those of us who only knew him for a comparatively short time.

I feel the loss of a beautiful friend. I am thankful to have known my brother Sastri as a very loving husband to my cousin and father to two fine young boys, this being being now a fond memory of good old days. I know that he is received in the warm and loving embrace of the ancestors. Farewell my friend, and a loving hug to the grieving family. My siblings send their condolences.

Sastri's passing is a deep loss the our family, especially for Syree and Vidia and my wife, Sero, who is his sister. Sastri was a determined man who worked hard to achieve success for himself and his family. I will never forget his smile and his love for family and friends. Blessings from Sero and me for a pleasant onward journey for his soul. There is no goodbye. Sastri will always live with us in our hearts.
